It is synthetic added, highly adhesive, ceramic and tile adhesive set mortar.Application Areas:
In applications onto the surfaces of gas concrete, brick, gross concrete and briquette in outer spaces of constructions.
In plasters that will be applied over extrude and expanded panels.
In thin plaster repairs
Preparation of Material:
It is easy to use. Mix 25 kg Royalizosıva with 6 - 7 lt of water in a clean pot with a slow rotating mixer. Mix until reaching homogeneous consistency. After waiting five minutes of resting time, it should be stirred again.
Preparation of Surface:
Thermal isolation panels should be placed in horizontally and vertically same order. The back of the panels should not be empty. Panel fixing bolt should be done after attaching the panels.
Application:
It is used with alkali resistant RoyalWrap (glass fibers 160 gr/m2) plaster string bag.
2 / 3 of prepared plaster should be under string bag and 1/3 of plaster should be over string bag. It should not be more than 8 mm. in thickness on the thermal isolation panel.
Average consumption is 4 – 6 kg / m²
