Royalbond 200
It is two component attaching and assembly epoxy which is specially developed for thin applications and does not need tiksotropik undercoating.Application Areas:
In attaching Royalwrap and Royalplate, thin type applications, in attaching every kind of metal plaque and granite on brilliant surfaces.
Specifications:
Resistant against chemicals. Perfect adherence to concrete, wooden and steel. It gets rapid mechanical endurance.
Preparation of Surface:
Concrete should be strong and have enough endurance. Floor should be cleaned and there should be no oil, dust, dirt and water. Loose particles should be removed and repaired with Royalrep repairing mortar.
Preparation of Material:
Mix the proportionally set A and B components with a low cycled drill until it takes homogenous gray color. Mix materials in appropriate amount according to proportions of mixture by considering the material you will be able to use.
Application:
The prepared mixture can be applied to a concrete in a very thin form with a spatula. In Royalwrap and Royalplate applications, After waiting for absorption of material stick it without any air bubble

Caution:
Wear rubber gloves and goggles to keep your skin and eyes while you are mixing and applying. Especially eyes should be kept carefully. If it leaps your eyes, rinse your eyes by abundant water for 15 minutes and consult to a practitioner. Keep away from foods and reach of children.
